Our mission is to help you achieve a better understanding of yourself, your emotions, and the way the mind works. Through this, we can let go of the constant struggle to be in control of our happiness, and find value in all parts of life --both good and bad.

Achieving Psychological Flexibility

Through various techniques and discussions about my personal experiences with these techniques, you can learn to think and feel freely, consciously and actively engage in the present moment, and build habits that allow you to build a lifestyle that embodies and supports your values and aspirations.

Essentially it’s about learning not to turn away from what is painful, and instead turn toward the suffering and dark places our mind can go. Through this, we can become more accepting of inevitable pain/discomfort in life, therefore allowing us to live a fulfilling life without our emotions dictating our every move.



Here, we will explore both my personal experiences with and interpretations of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness practices), in hopes that you can apply similar techniques to your own life and relate to the experiences I share!
